All Viola Orchestra

The crowd favorite, the All-Viola Orchestra is back! A middle voice instrument, violists don’t often get the chance to shine in ensembles the way our more famous cousins do. For one weekend, UT’s Viola Celebration changes that. Violists of all ages - students and professionals alike - join together to perform in a rare exaltation of the alto clef! Last year’s orchestra had over 80 violists on stage; will we make 100 this year?
