MULTICULTURAL MUSIC CELEBRATION DAY
Monday, October 8, 2012 – Pedestrian Walkway, UT Campus
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Performances of music from a variety of ethnic music cultures and displays of folk art and culture of Appalachia.
The Multicultural Music Celebration Day will be held in partnership with the UT Appalachian Heritage Festival on Monday, October 8, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The celebration will take place on the Pedestrian Walkway on the University of Tennessee campus. It will feature performances of music from a variety of cultures. Booths representing Appalachia folk art and ethnic music cultures will be set up along the Walkway. The event is open to all students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community. Food will be available for purchase.
