Music Office Staff

Carolyn is the secretary for graduate students and is the keeper of all student files and records.

Jay maintains the School of Music calendar and schedules all room reservations. He is also the acting secretary for the Alumni Memorial Building music office.

Irene is the administrative assistant to the Director and is the office supervisor.

Jim is a Registered Piano Technician and Secretary/Treasurer of the Piano Technicians Guild.

Donna is a graphic designer and handles the publicity for the School of Music. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please contact her.

Adrienne is the secretary in the main music office.

Chris maintains equipment and records all of the music recitals and concerts.

Dale is the choral secretary as well as the undergraduate data specialist. She is also
responsible for organizing music recital programs.

Tracy keeps track of all the finances and assists students with travel reimbursement and locker rentals.
