More than 50 scholars, performers, and teachers form the faculty of the School of Music at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.The faculty includes a performing specialist on all band and orchestral instruments as well as piano, voice, organ, harpsichord, and guitar. Specialists in the academic areas of Music Education, Musicology, Music Theory and Composition, Electronic Music, Music Technology, and Conducting round out this nationally recognized faculty.
