Auditons
Joining a Choir at the University of Tennessee
Any student who enjoys choral singing can audition for membership in a University of Tennessee choir. Auditions for the Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Men's Chorale and Women's Chorale are held at the beginning of each semester, during Freshman or Transfer Orientation Sessions in the summer, and by appointment with the Director of Choral Activities. Auditions for the UT Singers are by invitation from the director and are held at such times that there are openings for new personnel. Audition procedures for the various choirs are as follows:
Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Men's Chorale, and Women's Chorale

Your skill at music sight reading will be evaluated.
